Let me start off by saying that while some people say this book does not live up to the last 2 in the series, I disagree 100%. I found Eclipse even more gripping and I feel that it shows true emotions that every human has felt; when you question whom you truly love. Bella is torn between Vampire Edward and Werewolf Jacob. Bella knows she's meant to be with Edward however Jacob is also madly in love with her; and she's realizing she loves him too. A war is starting now that newborn vampires are out to kill Bella, Edward and the whole Cullen family. Keep in mind Bella is just as stubborn as before (if not more) and confused. Stephenie Meyer merges the human story with the fantasy world brilliantly. There are times when this feels like a real and true love story. I won't reveal any more since I refuse to ruin your experience reading the book. What amuses me is that the book was just released yet I'm already excited for book #4! This book and series is a must read. **Anyone new to the series that wants to read this - you must also buy the last two, Twilight and New Moon; otherwise you won't grasp or understand the characters, their stories and the plot.
